Conditions for returning one or more items

How long do I have to return my order?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to make the return.

• Can I make an exchange for another size or item?
At Cupra e-commerce we do not do exchanges. If you require another size or item, you can return the product and re-order your desired item.

What conditions must products meet in order to be returned?
Clothing must be returned with the original labels and packaging, footwear in the original box. They must also be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unmodified. Please note that returns of socks and swimsuits are not permitted.

What return methods are available to me and how much does they cost?
Currently, you are able to make a return with shipping at your own expense. You must select the courier via which you wish to send your items to our logistics provider.
If this is your preferred return method, be sure to use a service that covers customs and import charges.

Return at your expense
To make a return, choose your preferred courier and pay the shipping costs. First prepare the package to be returned for shipping. You can use the same box you received your product in. Inside the returned package, be sure to include the returned goods form that you received with your product.

The courier provider may give you a tracking number so you can track the return package. This may entail an additional cost. When your package arrives at the warehouses of our logistics provider, they will check that the product meets the stipulated return conditions and we will proceed to issue the refund.

For reasons of security and internal organisation, it is not possible to return goods in person to our logistics provider’s warehouse.

Refund processing times
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 5 business days after delivery of the products to our warehouse, once their condition has been verified and approved.

CUPRA e-shop will issue a credit to the original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email thereof. It usually takes up to 3 days for the refund to be paid into your account, although this largely depends on your bank.
