Orders and Shopping
How can I place an order in the online CUPRA store?
To make a purchase, select the product, choose the quantity, and click on “Add to cart”. When you're ready, access the purchasing process and follow the steps to complete your order securely.
Do I need an account to shop online?
No, you can place an order without registering. However, if you create a CUPRA ID account, you will enjoy benefits such as a faster purchasing process, simpler returns, and access to track your orders.
Can I cancel or change my order after I’ve confirmed it?
Once confirmed, it is not possible to modify the order online. However, if it has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you.
Will I receive an email confirming my order?
Yes. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an email with the confirmation and all the details of your order on the CUPRA website.
Shipments and Deliveries
Which delivery options are available for CUPRA products?
We currently offer standard home delivery. Express delivery will be available in the near future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Standard delivery is €4.99, and we offer free shipping exclusively for orders over €60. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated delivery time for a standard home delivery order is 2 to 5 business days. This information will be confirmed during the checkout process. We currently ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Can I track my CUPRA order?
Yes. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email containing a link for real-time tracking.
Does CUPRA make international deliveries?
We currently make deliveries within Spain and Germany. We’re working on establishing international deliveries in the near future.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item from CUPRA?
You have 14 days from the delivery of your order to return any product in its original condition. We do not offer exchanges: if you need a different size or item, you must return the product and place a new order for the desired option. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
What is the process for making a return?
Contact us through the contact form . We will send you a return label and detailed instructions on how to request a return.
Do returns involve any charges?
Return charges will depend on the reason why you’re requesting it. Contact our customer service team and we’ll indicate the steps to follow.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and verified the returned product, we’ll send the refund within 14 business days via the same payment method used. If you have not received the refund after this time, please contact Customer Service.
What is the return period during the holiday season?
To give you complete peace of mind while shopping, we've extended our returns period. All orders placed between December 1, 2025, and January 5, 2026 , can be returned until January 31, 2026 , regardless of the delivery date. This extension allows you to review your items at your leisure and manage them after the holidays if needed.
Payments
Which payment methods does CUPRA accept?
You can choose from the following payment options: MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Bizum. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization, both by the card issuer and by us, in order to maintain security and prevent potential fraud.
Is shopping at CUPRA secure?
Yes. At CUPRA, we are committed to protecting our customers' personal information. Your data is protected through SSL encryption and secure payment platforms.
Can I pay on delivery or in instalments?
Not yet, but we’re working on being able to offer you other flexible payment options.
Promotions and Vouchers
Where do I enter a promotional code for CUPRA?
During the purchasing process, you’ll see a field where you can enter your promotional or discount code. If it’s valid, it will be applied automatically.
Why doesn't my discount code work?
Verify the conditions: Expiry date, minimum amount or product exclusions. If you’re still having problems, contact Customer Service.
Billing
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. Upon confirming your order, you will receive a simplified invoice with the order details.
Can I request an invoice after I’ve made my purchase?
Yes, provided the tax information is available. If you require an invoice later, please contact us with your order number. You can reach customer service by email at customercare@cupraofficial.com
Product and Warranty
What happens if the product is damaged or defective when it arrives?
We’re here to help you. Contact us within 48 hours, attach some photos, and we’ll arrange the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
Do CUPRA products have a warranty?
Yes. All our products are covered by a legal 3-year warranty applicable to manufacturing or quality defects. In exceptional cases, this will depend on the supplier of the product.

How do I create a CUPRA account?
Click on the user icon and register with your email and with a secure password. Your CUPRA account will provide you with a more flexible purchasing process and a simpler returns process.
I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Click on “Forgotten your password?” on the login page and follow the steps to reset it.
How do I update my personal data?
Log in, go to “My profile”, and update your data whenever necessary.

How can I contact the CUPRA customer service department?
You can write to us using the contact form available in the “ Contact ” section. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Is there a telephone or WhatsApp helpline?
We don't provide direct telephone support at present. You can contact us by email, and we’ll answer as soon as possible. We’re working on establishing new, personalised customer service channels.
