How can I place an order in the online CUPRA store?
To make a purchase, select the product, choose the quantity, and click on “Add to cart”. When you're ready, access the purchasing process and follow the steps to complete your order securely.
Do I need an account to shop online?
No, you can place an order without registering. However, if you create a CUPRA ID account, you will enjoy benefits such as a faster purchasing process, simpler returns, and access to track your orders.
Can I cancel or change my order after I’ve confirmed it?
Una vez confirmado, no es posible modificar el pedido online. Sin embargo, si aún no ha sido enviado, contacta con nosotros a nuestro lo antes posible y haremos todo lo posible por ayudarte.
Will I receive an email confirming my order?
Sí. Una vez finalices tu compra, recibirás un correo electrónico con la confirmación y todos los detalles de tu pedido en la pagina web de CUPRA.
Shipments and Deliveries
Which delivery options are available for CUPRA products?
We currently offer standard home delivery. Express delivery will be available in the near future.
How much does shipping cost?
Los gastos de envío se mostrarán en el proceso de compra. La entrega estándar es de 4,99 € , y ofrecemos envio gratis exclusivamente para pedidos superiores a 60 €. Consulta más detalles en nuestra Política de Envíos.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
El plazo estimado de entrega para un pedido estandar a domicilio es de 2 a 5 días laborables. Esta información será confirmada durante el proceso de compra. Actualmente, enviamos pedidos a España Peninsular y Baleares. No realizamos envíos a las Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla.
Can I track my CUPRA order?
Yes. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email containing a link for real-time tracking.
Does CUPRA make international deliveries?
We currently make deliveries within Spain and Germany. We’re working on establishing international deliveries in the near future.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item from CUPRA?
Sí. Dispones de 14 días desde la entrega del pedido para devolver o cambiar cualquier producto en su estado original. Consulta nuestra Política de Devoluciones para más información.
What is the process for making a return?
Contacta con nosotros a través del formulario de contacto. Te enviaremos una etiqueta de devolución y las instrucciones detalladas para poder solicitarla devolución.
Do returns involve any charges?
Return charges will depend on the reason why you’re requesting it. Contact our customer service team and we’ll indicate the steps to follow.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and verified the returned product, we’ll send the refund within 14 business days via the same payment method used. If you have not received the refund after this time, please contact Customer Service.
¿Cuál es el plazo de devolución durante la temporada navideña?
Para que puedas hacer tus compras con total tranquilidad, hemos ampliado nuestro período de devoluciones. Todos los pedidos realizados entre el 01/12/2025 y el 05/01/2026 podrán devolverse hasta el 31/01/2026, independientemente de la fecha de entrega. Esta extensión te permite revisar tus productos sin prisa y gestionarlos después de las fiestas si lo necesitas.

Which payment methods does CUPRA accept?
Puedes elegir entre las siguientes opciones de pago: MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay y Bizum. Todos los titulares de tarjetas de crédito y débito son objeto de validación y autorización. Tanto por el emisor de la tarjeta, como por nuestra parte, a fin de mantener la seguridad y evitar posibles fraudes.
Is shopping at CUPRA secure?
Sí. En CUPRA, nos comprometemos a proteger la información personal de nuestros clientes.Tus datos están protegidos mediante encriptación SSL y plataformas de pago seguras.
Can I pay on delivery or in instalments?
Not yet, but we’re working on being able to offer you other flexible payment options.
Promotions and Vouchers
Where do I enter a promotional code for CUPRA?
During the purchasing process, you’ll see a field where you can enter your promotional or discount code. If it’s valid, it will be applied automatically.
Why doesn't my discount code work?
Verify the conditions: Expiry date, minimum amount or product exclusions. If you’re still having problems, contact Customer Service.
Billing
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Sí. Al confirmar su pedido, recibirá una factura simplicada con el detalle del pedido.
Can I request an invoice after I’ve made my purchase?
Sí, siempre que los datos fiscales estén disponibles. En caso de requerir la factura posteriormente, contáctenos indicando su número de pedido. Se podrán contactar por email con servicio al cliente customercare@cupraofficial.com
Product and Warranty
What happens if the product is damaged or defective when it arrives?
We’re here to help you. Contact us within 48 hours, attach some photos, and we’ll arrange the exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
Do CUPRA products have a warranty?
Yes. All our products are covered by a legal 3-year warranty applicable to manufacturing or quality defects. In exceptional cases, this will depend on the supplier of the product.

How do I create a CUPRA account?
Click on the user icon and register with your email and with a secure password. Your CUPRA account will provide you with a more flexible purchasing process and a simpler returns process.
I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Click on “Forgotten your password?” on the login page and follow the steps to reset it.
How do I update my personal data?
Log in, go to “My profile”, and update your data whenever necessary.

Is there a telephone or WhatsApp helpline?
We don't provide direct telephone support at present. You can contact us by email, and we’ll answer as soon as possible. We’re working on establishing new, personalised customer service channels.
